* Actually, I took this photo in NY City just outside the UN building on 9/23/14 at the climate conference.
But, given what I’ve just read about French government banning protests in Paris at COP21, I thought it was apt.
It is totally outrageous that citizens and protesters are banned from the streets while corporations are in the room with a seat at the table of the negotiations.
For the French to invoke these police state tactics is unbearable and an historical crime.
