Sunrise at Seaview

I was fortunate to have enjoyed this week’s balmy weather at a working conference at world class golf resort, Seaview, in Galloway, NJ. The work and high winds kept me inside, but the sunshine and 60+ degree weather got me thinking of hitting the driving range. I did manage a sunrise walk on the Bay course – check it out:

Sam Snead won the 1942 PGA at Seaview. The walls of the hotel are covered with spectacular pictures of golf history.

I never figured you for a golfer. Afterall, golf courses use up so much land, alter the natural landscape, and use pesticides, etc. galore.
